Key Responsibilities of General Managers:
Manage, train, and coach Crew/Team members, Carhops, and Skating Carhops- Direct drive-in restaurant employees to meet operational standards
- Adhere to employee handbook, policies, and practices
- Prepare work schedules and monitor staffing levels
- Maintain inventory levels and place orders
- Complete employment-related and payroll records
- Focus on customer service and resolve guest requests promptly
- Hire and train restaurant crew and management team members
