Position: Press Brake Operator
Location: Charlotte, NC
Pay: $25/hour
Experience: 3 to 5 years of related experience.
Type: Full-time; Contract to Hire
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6:00am to 2:30pm (Ability to work OT)
Greene Resources is seeking a Press Brake Operator to join a growing and dynamic team!
Job Description:

Perform complete CNC press brake setups (tooling, gauging, program adjustments)

Select the correct punch and die combinations based on the material type and gauge

Read and interpret mechanical drawings and flat layouts

Calculate bend deductions and form parts to tight tolerances

Perform first-article and in-process inspections using calipers, micrometers, and gauges

Troubleshoot issues and adjust tooling/programs as needed

Maintain equipment and complete daily checks
Position Requirements:
- Strong understanding of gauge thickness and material differences

Ability to select the proper bottom die using the bend formulas

Comfortable with precision measurement tools

Mechanically inclined, safety-focused, and reliable

Safety-oriented and able to work well in a team environment
