Rush Translations & Immigrant Services is seeking experienced Tigrinya interpreters in Culver City, CA and Los Angeles, CA and the surrounding region for in-person USCIS immigration appointments.
About the role:
We dispatch interpreters to USCIS field office and asylum office appointments to support clients during interviews. Assignments are scheduled in advance, typically 4 hours each, sometimes longer.
Location:
USCIS Offices at 14101 Myford Rd, Tustin, CA 92780 and 300 N Los Angeles St Rm 7631, Los Angeles, CA 90012 and Culver City, CA.
We also serve clients across the broader of Culver City, CA and Los Angeles and nearby areas.
Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate consecutive interpretation between Tigrinya and English
- Arrive 30 minutes before scheduled appointment time
- Maintain professional conduct and confidentiality
- Sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement before your first assignment

Requirements:
- Professional fluency in Tigrinya and English
