Job Title: Product Assembler
Reports to: Production Supervisor
Pay: 15.50 + 1.25 shift differential
Hours: 4 p.m. – 2 a.m.
SUMMARY
The Product Assembler assist in the production and maintenance of producing Combat Application Tourniquets. This position is required to rotate throughout multiple work stations.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Repetitive movement with basic hand tool usage
- Light manufacturing (hand lay-up, semi-automated equipment)
- Ensure and produce quality products at each work station
- Assist in identifying and separating materials and/or products that may have potential non-conformances and report findings to Quality and/or Leads
- Ensure safe working practices are followed
- Follow established procedures to maintain a clean and organized environment; including immediate work area, breakroom and restrooms
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures and guidelines
- Attend all required employee meetings and trainings as scheduled by direct supervisor, management or administration
- Maintain individual skills and keep up to date with latest production and production required concepts
- Other duties as assigned by management

WORK ENVIRONMENT
- Required to stand and walk frequently. Moderate lifting (materials and tooling), must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 lbs. and is required to have keen vision abilities
- Frequently exposed to moving mechanical parts. Environment maintains an increased noise level.
