Intero Chiropractic is a fast-growing, multi-location Bay Area practice known for one thing: getting results other clinics can't. We find and correct the structural root cause of patients' pain and dysfunction, and now we're expanding into integrative and regenerative medicine. We're adding a licensed Physical Therapist to help us build that future.
This is a part-time, contract role based in Concord (East Bay), with hybrid flexibility and the opportunity to work across our East Bay offices. You'll collaborate closely with our chiropractors and providers to deliver outstanding, outcomes-driven care.
What you'll do
- Evaluate patients and design individualized treatment plans that target the root cause, not just symptoms
- Deliver hands-on physical therapy and therapeutic exercise that complements our structural-correction and integrative care
- Partner with chiropractors and providers on shared patients to drive better outcomes
- Help build and refine PT protocols as we expand integrative and regenerative services
- Educate patients on their plan, progress, and long-term function
- Document accurately and keep care on-protocol
What we're looking for
- Licensed Physical Therapist (DPT) in California, in good standing
- Strong clinical skills and genuine care for patient outcomes
- Collaborative, coachable, and comfortable in a fast-paced, growth-oriented clinic
- Excited to work alongside chiropractors and learn integrative and regenerative approaches
- Reliable and self-directed for a part-time contract role
