We’re looking for someone who can take ownership of commercial flooring projects from the estimating phase through completion. This role is a mix of detail-oriented estimating and day-to-day project coordination, working closely with our team and clients to keep everything on track.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Prepare material take-offs using estimating software
- Build clear, accurate proposals using Excel
- Manage projects from award through completion
- Coordinate material ordering and scheduling
- Communicate with sales, installers, and clients
- Track budgets, costs, and overall project performance
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong working knowledge of Excel
- Experience with estimating or take-off software
- Ability to read and understand blueprints
- Background in construction, flooring, or project coordination
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
