We're Hiring a Leader, Not Just a Supervisor
FNF Roofing Inc. is seeking an experienced Roofing Production Supervisor with expertise in Metal, TPO, Tile, and Shingle roofing systems. We are looking for someone with a proactive mindset—a leader who anticipates problems before they happen, develops people, and takes ownership of every project.
We don't believe in managing crises every day. We believe in planning, communicating, and executing so our customers receive the highest level of service and our crews have the tools to succeed.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee multiple roofing projects from start to completion.
- Supervise field crews and subcontractors while maintaining production schedules.
- Ensure quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate labor, materials, equipment, and inspections.
- Maintain strict safety standards and OSHA compliance.
- Conduct job site inspections and quality control reviews.
- Train, mentor, and develop crew leaders and installers.
- Work closely with sales and office staff to ensure smooth project execution.
- Identify potential issues early and solve them before they impact the job.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of roofing production or supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of:
- Metal Roofing
- TPO Roofing
- Tile Roofing
- Shingle Roofing
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and scheduling abilities.
- Ability to read plans, specifications, and scopes of work.
- Valid driver's license.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
