Now Carl’s Place has expanded beyond screens to sell Golf Simulators and all the accessories needed to make a dream indoor golf setup a reality.
We are seeking a self-motivated Seasonal Production Associate to join our team for our peak season. You will be responsible for various tasks across our production process, moving throughout the production floor to assist where needed. This is a full-time seasonal position (July-March) We are looking for someone willing to work overtime when our demand requires it.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the cutting machine and other machinery
- Cut pipes and assist in managing pipe inventory
- Build panels using pneumatic stapling, adhesive spraying, and press operation
- Examine materials and products for a variety of defects
- Measure materials and verify correct measurements
- Operate the grommet machine and heat press
- Kit components
- Assemble boxes and various Carl’s Place products
- Shuttle material between departments
- Prepare and secure pallets for shipping
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs, push, pull, reach, and lift above shoulder height
- Comfortable sitting, standing, bending, or walking for 8+ hours
- Proficient with computers and reading a tape measure
- Reliable, responsible, self-motivated, and able to work independently or on a team
- Capable of meeting and maintaining quality production standards
- Prior manufacturing, warehouse, or machine operation experience preferred
