Cherry Picker:
Key Responsibilities:
- Review customer order provided by team lead and located items in the warehouse using pick lists and/or handheld devices.
- Accurately pick items from shelves or other designated locations according to order specifications.
- Ensure that picked items match the quantity and description specified in the order and are in good condition.
- Package picked items securely and prepare them for labeling and additional inspection tasks.
- Collaborate with warehouse associates and other team members to prioritize and coordinate order fulfillment tasks.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure efficient workflow.
- Follow all company policies and procedures related to order picking, packing, and shipping operations.
- Utilize basic English communication skills for reading labels and performing counting tasks.
- Any other tasks or assignments that may be assigned by supervisor or manager.
- Adherece to all company safety and regulatory policies.
Requirements:
- Forklift certification is required
- Cherry picker operate experience is required
- Prior experience in a warehouse or fulfillment environment preferred
- Basic reading and math skills; ability to follow instructions and work efficiently
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift items (up to 50-100 lbs) throughout the shift
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Dependable, team-oriented, and punctual

Labeler
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately scan outbound packages using handheld barcode scanners.
- Print and apply shipping labels according to customer orders and carrier requirements.
- Double-check label and product's quantity before shipping out.
- Report label issues or package discrepancies to the shipping lead or supervisor.
- Keep the shipping station clean, organized, and well-stocked with supplies.
- Assist with final package checks before handoff to carriers.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in shipping or warehouse work preferred but not required.
- Ability to stand, bend, and move.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer and scanning device skills.
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented.

Unloader
Duties
- Unload shipments from delivery trucks and containers (Up to 80 lbs).
- Sort and organize products for easy access and inventory management.
- Utilize equipment such as pallet jacks and cherry pickers to move items safely.
- Perform order picking tasks as required, ensuring accuracy in fulfilling orders.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
- Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to optimize unloading processes.
- Assist in shipping and receiving tasks as needed.
Experience
- Previous experience in a distribution center or warehouse environment is preferred.
- Familiarity with heavy lifting techniques and safety protocols.
- Knowledge of order picking processes and shipping/receiving operations is beneficial.
- Ability to operate pallet jacks safely.
- Strong teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues.
Job Types: Full-time, Temporary
Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
