We are looking for a detail-oriented, proactive, and reliable E-Commerce Customer Service & Operations Assistant to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Multi-Channel Customer Support: Promptly and professionally answer customer inquiries, messages, and returns on Amazon, eBay, and Walmart.
- Account Health Monitoring: Keep a close eye on account performance metrics, respond to marketplace alerts, and proactively resolve issues to maintain flawless account health.
- Logistics & Order Tracking: Monitor tracking numbers, investigate delayed shipments, and resolve delivery status issues with carriers to ensure orders arrive on time.
- Product Listing Creation: Write optimized, engaging, and accurate listing titles, bullet points, and descriptions for new and existing products to drive conversions.
- Team Support: Adapt and assist with additional administrative and operational tasks as needed to support the growth of the team.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 1 year of experience with e-commerce platforms preferred, but not required.
- Communication: Exceptional written English skills with a friendly, helpful, and professional tone.
- Problem-Solving: Strong critical thinking skills—you don't just spot a problem, you look for the solution.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable navigating various e-commerce platforms, WMS software, and basic spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets).
- Organization: High attention to detail with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
