Job Description
CPR’US is seeking certified CPR Instructors to deliver high-quality, hands-on CPR and First Aid training. This role is ideal for experienced instructors who are self-motivated, professional, and equipped to lead engaging classes in accordance with national training standards.
Qualifications
- Current American Red Cross (ARC) Instructor certification
- Ability to teach 2–12 students per class
- Strong communication and classroom management skills
- Reliable transportation and availability for scheduled classes
- Pass a background check
Required Equipment
Instructors must supply their own equipment, including:
- Laptop or tablet
- 4–6 CPR adult mannequins
- 4–6 CPR infant mannequins
- 4–6 AED training units
Instructors must also be able to purchase and provide class consumables, including:
- Gloves
- Gauze and rolling bandages
- Breathing barriers (pocket masks with valves)
- Pool noodles (for life-threatening bleeding instruction)
Responsibilities
- Conduct CPR/First Aid classes per AHA and/or ARC guidelines
- Maintain clean, functional equipment
- Accurately complete course documentation
- Create a safe, engaging learning environment
Compensation
- Competitive, per-class pay (discussed during onboarding)
