Location: Kansas City, Mo
Salary: $110,000 - $150,000 (Based on Experience)
Position Overview
The Electrical Project Manager will lead project teams, coordinate design-build and electrical contractor activities, manage budgets, schedules, forecasting and change orders, and serve as the primary client and field contact from pre-construction through closeout.
Key Responsibilities

Manage commercial electrical projects start to finish

Control budgets, forecasting, and cost tracking

Coordinate procurement and just-in-time material delivery

Lead field teams, subs, vendors, and client communication

Negotiate and execute change orders

Enforce safety and code compliance

Run meetings and report to stakeholders
Qualifications
-
5+ years managing electrical projects, including $5M+ jobs
-
Strong grasp of electrical systems, codes, and construction processes

Skilled in risk management, change orders, procurement

Proficient in Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam, MS Office
-
Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
-
PMP a plus
