As a Verizon Team Member, you'll execute daily campaign strategies, boost sales performance, and ensure every interaction creates a positive and long-term loyalty and memorable customer experience.
Verizon Team Member Responsibilities:
- Handle in-person sales and customer service interactions to build genuine, trust-based relationships
- Confidently explain telecommunications and wireless products, answering questions with clarity and transparency
- As a Verizon Team Member,you will handle transactions with reliability and maintain compliance with company standards
- Broaden product knowledge for Verizon Wireless products and sales techniques through ongoing trainings
- Contribute to campaign success by driving sales and enhancing customer experiences
- Work hand in hand with fellow Outreach Representatives to achieve performance goals and share best practices
- As a Verizon Team Member, you will represent partners with energy, professionalism, and dedication to customer care
Verizon Team Member Qualifications:
- Prior customer service experience, sales, or a business-related role is valued but not required for the Verizon Team Member position
- Excellent communication skills to engage and connect with customers
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently while meeting responsibilities
- Charismatic and personable, with a natural ability to effectively engage with the clients and customers
- As a Verizon Team Member, being adaptable and flexible in assisting customers across diverse situations is a plus
- Full-time hours, with weekend availability as needed
Pay: $4,500.00 - $6,000.00 per month
