Represent one of the most trusted brands in the industry and work with both new and pre-owned Subaru vehicles in a fast-paced, supportive environment.Whether you’re experienced in auto sales or looking to start a rewarding career, we’d love to hear from you.What You'll Do:
- Assist customers with vehicle selection, financing options, and the full sales process
- Maintain product knowledge of new and used Subaru inventory and current promotions
- Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives
- Build strong relationships with customers to ensure a positive, no-pressure experience
- Achieve individual and team sales goals
- Follow up with prospects and sold customers to ensure satisfaction and future business
What We're Looking For:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales or customer service experience preferred (but not required)
- A self-starter with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- High school diploma or equivalent required (college degree is a plus)
