We are currently seeking a reliable Housekeeper to focus on creating a positive experience for all residents and family members by providing outstanding teamwork and customer service.
About the Dishwasher Position:
We are looking for a kind, dependable Housekeeper to work with our team to maintain cleanliness throughout the community. The ideal candidate is patient and reliable with the ability to collaborate and work effectively with a team of people. This position is a fast-paced physical environment that requires efficient time management, excellent communication and an ability to multi-task effectively.
Some Housekeeper Responsibilities:
· Clean all resident apartments, common areas and offices of the property to assure that the building is clean at all times.
· Ensure that work/cleaning schedules are followed.
· Remove trash and paper from all areas.
· Ensure that assigned work areas are maintained in a clean, safe, comfortable and attractive manner.
· Use appropriate protective equipment and supplies.
· Clean and stock cart before placing cart in locked storage room.
· Provide support to community’s marketing efforts through positive/friendly interaction during all property tours.
· Display tact and friendliness when dealing with residents, families and visitors.
· Encourage teamwork through cooperative interactions with co-workers and other departments.
· Perform other duties consistent with the position as assigned by the Housekeeping Supervisor and Maintenance & Housekeeping Director.
Some Qualifications Include:
· Pre-employment screenings which may include Livescan Fingerprint clearance as required by government regulations, physical, drug screening and TB test.
· Ability to work patiently with cognitively impaired individuals.
· Ability to follow oral and written directions
