Key Responsibilities
As a Maintenance Mechanic / Electrician, you will ensure our plant runs safely and efficiently by keeping equipment operating at peak performance:
- Troubleshooting & Repair: Diagnose and repair complex machinery involving electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electronic systems.
- Preventive Maintenance: Execute routine PM schedules on assigned plant machinery and tooling.
- Automation & Controls: Adjust, optimize, and program automated systems and robotics.
- Fabrication: Design and fabricate custom fixtures, racks, assembly stations, and specialized tooling.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
- Experience: Hands-on industrial maintenance experience and/or relevant technical training/degrees.
- Technical Skills: Strong blueprint, schematic, and electrical print reading ability required.
- Automation: Experience with industrial robotics and automated systems strongly preferred.
- Flexibility: Must be willing and able to work any 8-hour shift as operational needs require.
