- Average Cash Deal: $18,000 net profit = $3,600 per deal
- Average Novation Deal: $35,000 net profit = $7,000 per deal
- Top performers closing 4-8 deals/month = $15,000-$56,000+/month

We are a fast-growing real estate acquisitions company operating in 9 states (NJ, NY, FL, GA, TN, IN, OH, NC, SC) looking for ONE elite acquisitions manager who can come in, take over a pipeline of warm leads, and close deals immediately.
This is not an entry level position. This is not for someone who "wants to learn real estate." This is for a proven closer with a track record of locking up contracts over the phone, someone who's done this before and can prove it.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
- Taking warm inbound leads from PPC campaigns, AI-generated leads, and SMS marketing, no cold calling from scratch
- Running offer calls and contract calls with motivated sellers
- Negotiating purchase prices on cash deals and partnership deals
- Drafting and sending agreements, getting contracts signed virtually
- Managing your pipeline across two CRM systems
- Following up aggressively with leads until they close or die
- Reporting daily KPIs: calls made, offers out, contracts signed

REQUIREMENTS (Non-Negotiable):
- Minimum 3 years experience in real estate acquisitions (wholesale, novations, or creative finance)
- Proven track record of closing high-ticket deals over the phone ($10K-$100K+ assignments or fees)
- Experience with offer calls AND contract calls (you know the difference)
- Comfortable with both cash wholesale deals and novation/partnership deals
- Intermediate to advanced with technology: CRM systems, e-signatures, virtual closings
- Full-time availability (40-50 hours/week minimum)
- Must provide references and proof of previous deal closings
- Self-starter who doesn't need hand-holding
- Commission only, if you need a salary to survive, this isn't for you

HOW TO APPLY:
