Job Description:
A growing specialty healthcare practice with multiple locations in the Orlando area is seeking an experienced Healthcare Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day administrative operations and help lead a high-performing clinical team.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing a medical office, supervising staff, improving workflows, coordinating patient services, and ensuring that the practice operates efficiently and professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of a busy medical practice and growing revenue
- Manage, train, schedule, and support administrative and clinical staff
- Develop and maintain efficient office procedures and workflows
- Monitor patient scheduling, check-in/check-out, and overall patient experience
- Help ensure excellent customer service and patient retention
- Oversee patient acquisition and appointment scheduling department
- Work closely with providers to ensure smooth clinical operations
- Monitor staff performance and address operational issues
- Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and training new employees
- Coordinate staff schedules and coverage
- Monitor practice productivity and operational performance
- Help identify opportunities to improve revenue, efficiency, and patient volume
- Work with billing and administrative teams to resolve outstanding issues
- Maintain compliance with applicable healthcare regulations and practice policies
- Assist with inventory, supplies, vendors, and office purchasing
- Track key performance indicators and provide management with operational updates
- Handle day-to-day employee and patient issues professionally
- Help implement new programs, services, and technology
- Maintain a professional, positive, and accountable workplace culture
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in medical practice management, healthcare administration, or clinic operations
- Previous experience supervising healthcare staff
- Strong understanding of medical office workflows
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Strong computer and technology skills
- Experience with EMR and/or practice management systems
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Professional appearance and excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to hold employees accountable while maintaining a positive team environment
