Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Tire Store Manager to lead our tire and automotive service team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily store operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and drive sales growth. Your expertise in automotive repairs, tire services, and dealership management will be essential in creating a positive shopping experience for our customers. Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all store operations, including sales, service, inventory control, and customer relations to ensure smooth daily functioning.
- Supervise technicians and service staff, providing guidance on automotive diagnostics, repairs, and tire services such as alignments, suspension work, brake repairs, oil changes, and diesel engine repairs.
- Drive sales through effective upselling of automotive services and tires while maintaining excellent customer service standards.
- Oversee automotive repair processes including auto estimating, service writing, and ensuring all work meets quality standards.
- Manage cash handling procedures accurately while maintaining compliance with company policies.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of dealership experience requirements such as vehicle maintenance, auto body repair, air brake systems, shocks & struts, transmissions, and other mechanical systems.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards to promote a safe working environment for staff and customers alike.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in automotive service management with a strong background in tire services and auto repairs.
- Extensive knowledge of automotive diagnostics, mechanical systems, and repair procedures including transmissions, suspension systems, brakes, oil changes, alignment services, and diesel engine repairs.
- Demonstrated ability to upsell services effectively while delivering outstanding customer service.
- Prior experience working with auto estimating software and service writing is highly preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team of technicians and service advisors.
- Excellent communication skills combined with a customer-focused attitude.

Pay: $50,260.70 - $150,529.01 per year
