We are looking for a Superstar Receptionist / Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team at our busy auto body collision shop. This position is for someone who is quick on their feet, highly independent, and able to make executive decisions on the spot.
If you have experience with vehicles or are a fast learner, we want to hear from you! In this fast-paced environment, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, so you need to have strong communication skills, a thick skin, and the ability to handle sometimes difficult customers with professionalism and grace.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and answer calls with a friendly, professional attitude.
- Manage customer inquiries and concerns, offering solutions and ensuring satisfaction.
- Schedule appointments and track progress of vehicles in the shop.
- Handle administrative tasks such as invoicing and filing.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk and customer waiting area.
- Make executive decisions to keep things running smoothly without constant supervision.
- Stay proactive, anticipating the needs of the team and the customers.
- Handle customer complaints or challenges confidently, and put customers in their place when necessary.

- Strong-willed and independent—someone who is comfortable making decisions on their own.
- Thick-skinned and able to handle difficult situations with professionalism and tact.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive attitude—able to anticipate needs and find tasks to complete without being told.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Customer service experience preferred.
