Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with questions or directions to enhance their experience
- Oversee guest safety by monitoring activity on the pier and surrounding areas
- Handle cash transactions accurately for ticket sales, food service, or merchandise purchases
- Resolve guest concerns promptly through effective conflict management and excellent customer service skills
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of public areas, ensuring a welcoming environment for all visitors
- Engage with children and families through friendly interaction and age-appropriate activities
Qualifications
- Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and proactive approach
- Ability to handle conflict calmly and effectively while maintaining guest satisfaction
- Basic cash handling skills with attention to accuracy during transactions
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods in an outdoor environment
Pay: $15.00 per hour
