Position Overview
The Line Cook is responsible for executing prep and service with consistency, urgency, and attention to detail while maintaining a clean and organized station.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and execute menu items according to established recipes and standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked station
- Communicate clearly and professionally with kitchen leadership and team members
- Follow food safety and sanitation procedures
- Contribute to a positive, accountable kitchen culture
Qualifications
- 5+ year of line experience preferred
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational habits
- Receptive to feedback and committed to improvement
- Reliable and team-oriented
