Responsibilities
- Lead generation including grass roots marketing and networking
- Hire, train and manage studio staff, both Front Desk Sales Rep & Instructors
- Implement sales process to schedule prospects into Intro class
- Manage staff schedules: Front Desk & Instructors
- Supervise Sales Representatives
- Collect out-standing dues
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Pilates Studio
- Enforce Club Pilates policies and procedures
- Ensure all forms, administrative supplies, and studio literature is stocked and visible
- Schedule and participate in networking/community events and studio promotions
- Strategically manage marketing campaigns to generate leads for the studio
- Utilize company marketing platform to post on social media, create email blasts & in studio promotions
- Create successful studio events for member retention, community & sales opportunities
- Any other duties as assigned

Experience
- 2+ years of management experience.
- Confident in sales, training staff in sales & leading a team
- Ability to manage & drive revenue streams, including but not limited to memberships, retail & private training
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Membership sales experience preferred
- Proven experience in management or related fields, preferably in sales, membership sales or fitness settings.
- An affinity and passion for fitness.
- Quality writing and grammar skills; have excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills in person, on the telephone and via email
- Ability to recognize areas of improvement and make changes using good judgement.
- Highly organized, proficient in data management, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Professional, punctual, reliable and neat.
