We are seeking an experienced, motivated General Manager to lead the daily operations of an established restoration company serving the Pensacola area. This is an outstanding opportunity for a hands-on leader who wants to help grow a respected business with the support and resources needed to succeed.
The ideal candidate has experience managing restoration projects, leading field personnel, building customer relationships, and ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and profitably.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day restoration operations.
- Manage water, mold, fire, and storm damage projects from start to finish.
- Schedule crews and coordinate subcontractors when needed.
- Maintain excellent communication with customers, insurance adjusters, and property managers.
- Estimate jobs and prepare project documentation.
- Ensure compliance with IICRC standards and company procedures.
- Recruit, train, and mentor field personnel.
- Help grow the business through exceptional customer service and operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Restoration industry experience required.
- Management or supervisory experience preferred.
- IICRC Certifications (WRT, ASD, AMRT, FSRT, etc.) strongly preferred.
- Xactimate experience is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds.
