Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Nail Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of nail care techniques and trends, along with exceptional customer service skills. As a Nail Technician, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nail services while ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for clients. Your expertise in color theory, sanitation practices, and various nail treatments will contribute to an outstanding client experience.
Responsibilities
- Perform manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements with precision and creativity
- Utilize knowledge of color theory to assist clients in selecting the perfect shades
- Maintain sanitation standards for tools and workstations in compliance with health regulations
- Provide exceptional customer service by building rapport with clients and addressing their needs
- Upsell additional services such as hair extensions, eyelash extensions, or body waxing when appropriate
- Stay updated on industry trends and techniques to offer clients the latest services
- Assist in retail sales by recommending products that enhance nail care at home
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences and provide tailored services
Experience
- Proven experience as a Nail Technician or in a similar role within the beauty industry
- Familiarity with various nail care techniques, including but not limited to dermabrasion, hair threading, and esthetic laser treatment is a plus
- Strong communication skills to interact positively with clients and team members
- Knowledge of retail math to assist in sales transactions effectively

Pay: $500.00 - $900.00 per week
