As a Shift Lead, you'll be responsible for leading the floor, coaching baristas, maintaining speed and quality, solving problems in real time, and creating an incredible customer experience every shift.
What you'll do:
- Lead and motivate the team during each shift
- Keep drinks fast, accurate, and made to standard
- Coach and develop baristas in the moment
- Coordinate breaks, station assignments, and shift flow
- Ensure cleanliness, food safety, and operational excellence
- Help create a positive, energetic culture where people love coming to work
We're looking for someone who:
- Leads by example
- Stays calm under pressure
- Communicates clearly and confidently
- Takes ownership and solves problems
- Has previous coffee, restaurant, or leadership experience (preferred)
