Responsibilities:
Oversee the social services department, including counseling, case management, and referral services
Develop and implement programs to support the emotional and social well-being of our residents
Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to ensure that residents receive comprehensive care and support
Develop and maintain relationships with community agencies and organizations to identify and access resources and services for our residents
Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to improve departmental operations and services
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and state licensure standards
Requirements:
Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field
Minimum 2 years of experience in social services management or a related field
Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, families, and staff
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and situations
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make sound judgments and decisions
