Qualifications
-
Must have minimum 2 years experience at the level of Assistant Manager or greater, preferably in the food service industry but not required.

Manager ServSafe Certification or similar preferred by not required

Ability to hire, train, and coach crew members and develop future leaders of our Tropical Smoothie family

Experience with ordering from vendors, receiving orders and inventory control

Knowledge of labor, food cost and other cost management for operation

Ability to oversee day to day operations of a restaurant
