Personal Care Assistant (PCA)
Pay: $13.00–$14.00 per hour
Right at Home is seeking compassionate, dependable, and dedicated Personal Care Assistants to join our growing team. If you have a passion for helping seniors and adults remain safe and independent in their own homes, we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Prepare light meals and assist with feeding when needed
- Perform light housekeeping and laundry
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation
- Provide medication reminders
- Escort clients to appointments and errands as needed
- Accurately document care provided during each shift
Qualifications:
- Previous caregiving or personal care experience preferred
- Compassionate, reliable, and professional attitude
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to pass a background check
- Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance preferred
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
