Responsibilities
- Clean and reset guest suites to SOHO AC standards within 40 to 45 minutes per room.
- Make beds with hotel quality presentation.
- Thoroughly clean bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, and bedrooms.
- Vacuum area rugs and upholstered furniture.
- Sweep and mop all hard surface flooring.
- Dust and sanitize all furniture, fixtures, mirrors, and high touch surfaces.
- Replenish guest amenities, towels, and linens.
- Remove trash and transport soiled linens to designated areas.
- Report maintenance issues or damaged items immediately.
- Maintain cleanliness of hallways, elevators, and assigned public areas as needed.
- Follow all safety procedures and hotel cleaning standards.
Qualifications
- Previous hotel housekeeping experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to work efficiently while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
- Able to clean large suite style rooms within required time standards.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance.
- Ability to stand, bend, lift up to 30 pounds, and work throughout an active shift.
