Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance and repairs on bicycles, electric bikes, electric scooters, and electric skateboards.
- Assist in purchasing, listing, and organizing tools to establish a professional repair area for maximum efficiency.
- Train and mentor new mechanics as the company expands.
- Provide excellent customer service by ensuring all repairs meet the highest standards.
- Collaborate with the team to maintain a safe, organized, and productive work environment.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of professional experience as a bicycle mechanic or in a related field.
- Familiarity with repairing electric mobility devices is a plus.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- A commitment to quality work and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
