Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and dependable Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) Driver to join our transportation team. In this role, you will safely operate various heavy-duty vehicles to transport materials, equipment, and supplies across designated routes.
This position requires strong driving skills, attention to safety, and basic mechanical knowledge to ensure timely and efficient deliveries while maintaining high safety standards. You will play a key role in supporting daily logistics operations and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles including:
- front loader, rear loader, roll-off trucks, dump trucks, tractor-trailers, and flatbeds
- Load and unload cargo using manual methods or equipment such as forklifts when required
- Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections (brakes, lights, tires, fluids, etc.)
- Follow all DOT regulations, traffic laws, and company safety policies
- Perform basic vehicle checks and report maintenance issues promptly
- Plan efficient routes to ensure timely deliveries and fuel efficiency
- Communicate with dispatch, customers, and team members regarding schedules and delivery updatesQualifications
- Valid CDL with appropriate endorsements
- Minimum 2 years of commercial driving experience preferred
- Experience with heavy-duty equipment and commercial vehicles
- Ability to safely lift and handle heavy materials during loading/unloading
- Manual transmission experience preferred (training may be available)
- Strong understanding of DOT safety regulations and compliance standards
- Clean driving record and strong attention to detail
- Mechanical knowledge of trucks and heavy equipment is a plus

Pay: $1,600.00 - $2,200.00 per week
