Job Overview
Five Star Bath Solutions is seeking enthusiastic, energetic individuals to join our Event Marketing Team. In this role, you’ll be the face of our brand at trade shows, home shows, fairs, festivals, and promotional events. Your main goal is to engage with attendees and schedule free in-home design consultations.
You’ll earn an hourly wage plus commission for each qualified appointment booked, along with bonuses for every appointment that results in a sale.

Key Responsibilities
Customer Engagement: Proactively greet and attract event attendees to our booth in a friendly, professional manner
Service Promotion: Introduce homeowners to our bath remodeling services. No hard selling, just sparking interest.
Appointment Setting: Book free in-home design consultations on the spot with qualified attendees.
Lead Management: Collect and clearly write customer information accurately on our appointment setting sheets.
Booth Setup & Teardown: Assist with setting up and packing down event booths (banners, tables, product samples, brochures, etc.)
Brand Representation: Represent the Five Star Bath Solutions brand with positive energy and professionalism.
Qualifications & Requirements
· Valid Driver’s License, reliable transportation, and a smartphone.
· Minimum 10 hours/month commitment required to remain active.
· Attend team meetings when applicable.
· Responsibly & accurately track hours (log-in/log-out), track leads, record keeping, and payroll.
· Outgoing, high-energy personality with strong verbal communication skills.
· Comfortable working in busy environments and initiating conversations.
· Previous sales, promotions, or event marketing experience is a plus (not required).
· Physically able to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 pounds. Must be tolerant of outdoor weather conditions.
· Evening and weekend availability is a must.
Compensation & Benefits
Hourly Pay + Commission: $18 - $25/hour based on experience, plus commission per qualified appointment booked and bonuses for completed sales.
