Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Analyzer Assembly Technician I to join our manufacturing team. This entry-level role offers an exciting opportunity to develop foundational skills in electronics and mechanical assembly while contributing to the production of high-quality analyzers. As an Analyzer Assembly Technician I, you will play a vital role in assembling, wiring, and testing electro-mechanical components, ensuring each product meets rigorous quality standards. This position provides a dynamic environment where you can grow your technical expertise and be part of a collaborative team dedicated to innovation and excellence. Will train as needed.
Tasks/Responsibilities
- Routine Shop Upkeep and Cleaning
- Tube Bending, and Cutting
- Pipe Joining (Swaging and NPT)
- Point to Point Wiring/Reading Wire Diagrams (measuring/routing, cutting/stripping, termination crimping and labeling)
- Soldering (Wires, Connectors, PCBs)
- Measuring/Reading Dimensional Drawings
- Drilling and Cutting AL, CS, and SS
- Calibrating Sub-Components
- Pressure Testing (Bubble Test, Leak Down Test)
- Strictly follow company standard operating procedures to maintain safety and quality control.
- Utilize personal protection equipment (PPE) properly to prevent accidents
- Assist in shipping, receiving, and inventory
- Maintain safe and secure shop/manufacturing environment including repairs and preventative protocols
- Perform other similar duties as requested, directed, or assigned
- Maintain positive and professional image of KECO when communicating with others
Skills Required
- Mechanically inclined
- Experience with hand tools and simple power tools

- Ability to meet deadlines in high pressure settings

Preferred
- Knowledge of electrical components (preferred)
- Advanced knowledge of hand tools and power tools used in the manufacturing of industrial panels (preferred)
- Ability to read wiring diagrams and other system design drawings (preferred)
- 1+ years of experience in electrical wiring/manufacturing of industrial control panels (preferred)
- 1+ years of experience in tube bending (preferred)
- 1+ years of experience in the energy sector (preferred)
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
