We are seeking a motivated and energetic Forklift Operator/Warehouse Worker to join our dynamic team. This vital role involves operating heavy equipment, managing warehouse distribution tasks, and ensuring the safe handling of materials. - Safely operate various types of forklifts including reach trucks, Hi-Lo, clamp trucks, and pallet jacks to load, unload, and transport materials throughout the warehouse.
- Conduct order picking using specialized equipment such as <PERSON> pickers and ensure accurate order fulfillment.
- Manage shipping and receiving processes by verifying inbound and outbound shipments, maintaining proper documentation, and ensuring timely delivery.
- Perform routine equipment repairs and mechanical troubleshooting on forklifts and other heavy machinery to maintain optimal operation.
- Assist with warehouse management system (WMS) data entry to track inventory levels, locations, and movements efficiently.
- Support warehouse distribution activities by organizing materials handling tasks, stacking pallets safely, and maintaining a clean work environment.
- Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to optimize workflow, adhere to OSHA safety standards, and implement best practices in heavy equipment operation. Experience
- Proven experience operating forklifts such as reach trucks, Hi-Lo forklifts, clamp trucks, or similar heavy equipment in a warehouse setting.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) for inventory control and order processing.
- Hands-on experience with shipping & receiving procedures, order picking techniques, and materials handling protocols.
- Mechanical aptitude with the ability to perform basic repairs on forklifts and related equipment.
- Familiarity with OSHA safety regulations related to warehouse operations and heavy machinery use.
- Previous warehouse experience involving load & unload activities using pallet jacks or lift trucks is highly desirable.

Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
