Join our dynamic team as an Aesthetician and unleash your passion for beauty, wellness, and customer care! We are a monthly rental suite style center, where you set your own schedule and pricing, while enjoying the benefits of email, website, scheduling system and some advertising.
In this vibrant role, you will deliver exceptional skincare treatments, cosmetic services, and personalized consultations that leave clients feeling confident and radiant. As an integral part of our spa or salon environment, you’ll combine technical expertise with outstanding guest service to create memorable experiences.
Responsibilities
- Perform a wide range of aesthetic treatments including facials, dermabrasion, peels, waxing.
- Provide expert product demonstrations and recommend skincare or beauty products tailored to individual client needs.
- Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by adhering to all health regulations and sanitation protocols.
- Deliver excellent customer service by engaging with guests professionally, addressing questions, and upselling services or retail products to enhance their experience.
- Manage social media accounts to promote services, share success stories, and attract new clients through engaging content.
- Support front desk operations by greeting clients warmly, checking in appointments, and handling retail sales confidently.
- Stay current with industry trends
Qualifications
- Valid cosmetology license or esthetician certification required; additional certifications in dermal fillers, Botox (botulinum toxin), laser treatments or tattooing are a plus.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to educate clients about treatment options and skincare routines effectively.
- Ability to perform treatments safely while maintaining high standards of sanitation and hygiene.
- Experience in retail sales and upselling services or products to maximize guest satisfaction and revenue.
- Familiarity with social media management for marketing purposes is desirable.
