What You’ll Do
As a Hospitality Associate, in this role, you will be the welcoming face of our establishment, ensuring every guest receives exceptional service and a memorable experience. Your energy, attention to detail, and passion for hospitality will drive guest satisfaction and foster a warm, inviting environment.

Daily responsibilities include:
- Welcoming clients with warmth, confidence, and attention to detail;
- Provide outstanding guest services by answering phone inquiries, offering local information, and resolving concerns promptly;
- Support guest relations by ensuring comfort, safety, and satisfaction throughout their stay or visit;
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area and surrounding spaces to uphold high standards of hospitality;
- Supporting store operations and team initiatives to meet shared goals;
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned to support business needs.
Must-Haves
- Strong communication and storytelling skills
- Interest in fine jewelry, luxury watches, design, or style
- Ability to multitask in a dynamic, elevated retail setting
- Tech comfort with POS, email, CRM, and appointment scheduling

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in luxury retail, jewelry, sales, or hospitality
- 1-2 years of experience in hospitality
- Must be located in commutable distance to Walnut Creek, California, United States
