Barista — Full-Time & Part-Time
Gong Cha is a global bubble tea brand with 1,700+ locations in 15+ countries, known for quality tea and service since 2006.
We're hiring full-time and part-time team members — no experience necessary, we'll train you. Competitive hourly wage plus shared tips.
What you'll do:
- Take orders and prepare drinks accurately and courteously
- Keep the kitchen stocked, clean, and up to code
- Track inventory and help with daily counts
What we're looking for:
- Strong customer service skills
- Clear English communication (bonus if you speak Korean, Chinese, or another language)
- Food service or barista experience preferred
- Available at least 18 hours/week, including one weekend day and a Tuesday shift (morning or evening)
