Sr. PROGRAM MANAGER

JOB SUMMARY:
The Sr. Program Manager will serve as the primary liaison between customers, internal teams, and
stakeholders ensuring the successful delivery of complex programs and projects. This role requires
strong customer-facing experience, the ability to manage cross-functional initiatives, and a proven
track record of delivering results that meet client expectations. The Program Manager will oversee
program execution from initiation through delivery, driving accountability, communication and
alignment across teams.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Customer Engagement & Relationship Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the program lifecycle.
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients, understanding their
business needs and strategic goals.
- Facilitate regular customer meetings, providing updates on progress, risks, and
outcomes.
Program Leadership & Execution
- Lead planning, execution, and delivery of customer-facing programs with a focus on
scope, schedule, and quality.
- Define program objectives, success metrics, and key milestones in collaboration with
customers and internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, operations, product, support, etc.) to
ensure timely delivery.
- Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and issues, driving resolution and escalation
as needed.
Communication & Reporting
- Develop clear communication strategies tailored to both internal teams and customer
stakeholders.
- Prepare and deliver executive-level program updates, status reports, and
presentations.
- Translate technical details into business impacts for customer leadership teams.
Strategic Alignment & Continuous Improvement
- Align program outcomes with customer objectives and organizational goals.
