We are seeking a full or part time clinician who is longing to be part of a clinical team that is supportive and encouraging of professional growth and development. We are currently seeking a clinician who is passionate and motivated to work primarily with children, but will also work with some teens and adults.
We believe in people and supporting our clinicians in their work. We strive to match and find a "best fit" for clients and clinician. All prospective clients are screened by a clinician before an initial appointment is made.

Full time salary opportunity $90,000+ depending on number of clients seen. You will be a W2 employee, with company contributions towards your taxes and no need to worry about quarterly independent contractor taxes. Strong rates of reimbursement to maximize your income. No need to wait for insurance reimbursements to come in, clinicians are paid ahead of collections.
Flexible work environment. This position requires evening availability to meet the needs of clients, with weekend availability options.
Position Summary: The primary function of the Clinician is to provide therapy to individuals and families who are seeking mental health treatment. The Clinician should follow all professional standards and ethics, and provide all services in a confidential manner, being aware and thoughtful of the individual’s special needs and circumstances.
- Provide individual, family and/or group therapy to clients with varying presenting problems and demographics. Establish a positive rapport with clients’ characterized by trustworthiness, genuine connection and being non-judgmental. Individualize treatment based on an assessment of each clients’ presenting problems, individual circumstances and strengths.
- Schedule clients on a regular basis as appropriate for their treatment and to maintain the agreed upon number of sessions per month.
- Keep all electronic medical records current and accurate, including use of the electronic scheduling system.
- Coordinate with other involved healthcare providers as necessary and appropriate, make referrals to other supplemental services as needed.
- Manage client crisis situations following best practices, and in accordance with ethics, laws and regulations.
Employment Requirements:
Education - Requires a minimum of a Master’s degree in social work or related counseling field. Must have and maintain active CT LCSW, LMFT, LPC or Licensed PsyD, PhD.
Experience - Outpatient counseling experience required.
Required Skills:
- Ability to work in a collaborative manner
- Ability to foster genuine therapeutic relationships with clients
- Ability to organize, prioritize and manage time effectively
- Must have excellent communication skills
- Ability to use various computer systems, including an Electronic Health Record
- Willingness to participate clinical supervision
