We sell, rent, and repair essential mobility products, wound care, and daily living aids to improve our community's quality of life.The RoleWe are seeking a mature, positive, and proactive Team Leader to drive daily operations at our busy retail store. You will lead by example, deliver exceptional customer service, and motivate your team. This role offers excellent career growth and advancement into higher management for the right candidate.Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Mentor staff and model exceptional customer service.
- Daily Operations: Oversee sales, equipment rentals, and inventory management.
- Customer Support: Assist clients with mobility devices and medical supplies.
- Store Maintenance: Keep the showroom organized, functional, and welcoming.
Qualifications
- Experience: Prior retail, cash handling, and customer service experience required.
- Industry Knowledge: Basic familiarity with medical equipment is required.
- Preferred Skills: Background in DME, HME, or wound care is highly valued.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
