We are a sales support office for a printed circuit board (PCB) manufacturer and are looking to add a Technical Quoting Specialist to our Schaumburg team.
This position is ideal for someone with an analytical mindset who enjoys focused, independent work. While experience in the PCB industry is not required, an interest in engineering, electronics, computers, or technology is a definite plus. We provide comprehensive training for the right candidate.
What You'll Do
- Review customer PCB drawings, prints, and Gerber files to prepare accurate quotations
- Process customer orders
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide sales support
- Learn technical aspects of printed circuit boards and manufacturing processes
We're Looking for Someone Who:
- Is exceptionally detail-oriented and accurate
- Has strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Is comfortable working independently in a quiet office environment
- Has previous office experience
- Is proficient with Microsoft Outlook and Excel
- Is dependable, organized, and takes pride in producing high-quality work
If you've been told you have an "engineering brain," enjoy puzzles or technical work, or simply like figuring things out, this could be an excellent opportunity—even if you don't have direct PCB experience.
What We Offer
- Starting Salary of $45,000–$65,000 per year, based on experience
- Full-time, in-person position in our Schaumburg office
- Monday through Friday schedule (no evenings or weekends)
