Position: Onsite Staffing Lead
Location: Wixom, MI
Hours: 7am - 6pm (hours are flexible ~ roughly 45 hours+ including Saturdays on-call)
Required Experience:
- At least 1 year of experience in a lead, team lead, supervisor, or on-site staffing role.
- Experience managing employee attendance, shift start-ups, and daily workforce coordination.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to work directly with both employees and client management.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, and Word) and comfortable learning staffing software.
- Bilingual Spanish is Required!
- Bilingual French is Preferred!
- Reliable transportation and the ability to work flexible hours based on production needs.
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
