Job Summary
Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Full Time Housekeeping Associate, where your energy and attention to detail will create a welcoming and spotless environment for residents of our beautiful retirement community. In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and sanitation throughout the resident apartments, public areas, and back-of-house spaces. Responsibilities
- Clean Public and common areas as scheduled.
- When assigned, clean apartments as defined in the assistance plan.
- Resident laundry, as scheduled.
- Report concerns or observations about Residents to Supervisor.
- Ensure a safe living environment.
- Wash windows in public areas quarterly, or more often if needed.
- Assist with exterior window washing, twice per year.
- Clean public restrooms daily.
- Carry out other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
Experience
- Housekeeping ability.
- Willingness to work and learn.
- Enjoy working with older adults.
- High school diploma or GED required with reading, comprehension and writing ability at a 12th grade level or higher.
