Overview
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Direct Support Workers to provide assistance and care to individuals with developmental disabilities and other special needs. This role is essential in helping clients achieve their personal goals while promoting independence and dignity. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in patient care, and a genuine passion for supporting individuals in their daily lives.
Duties
- Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation and more.
- Provide patient observation and monitoring to ensure safety and well-being.
- Support clients in maintaining their personal hygiene and cleanliness within their living environment.
- Implement care plans as directed, ensuring adherence to HIPAA regulations.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Maintain accurate records of client progress and any changes in condition or behavior.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $9.25 - $11.00 per hour
