Registered Nurse / LVN / Physical Therapy – Terrell, TX
Seeking a Registered Nurse / LVN with some Home health experience and knowledge of basic Kinnser - EMR (Well sky) is preferred provide services in the Terrell, TX area on PRN basis.
Registered Nurses are responsible for comprehensive patient care and coordination. They assess patient conditions, develop and update care plans, and ensure proper implementation of treatment. RNs communicate with physicians and the care team, monitor patient progress, and handle documentation. They also educate patients and families, supervise LVNs and aides, and ensure quality and compliance in care delivery. LVN can also apply for this role
