M&M 24Hr Daycare, a leading early childhood education program in the Bronx, is seeking a dedicated and passionate New York State Certified Teacher to join our team. We are committed to providing a nurturing and stimulating environment for young learners, and we are looking for an exceptional educator to help us achieve our mission.
***Must be certified from Birth to 1st*** No exception due to DOE regulation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum for children in 3K and Pre k.
* Create a safe, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment.
* Assess and monitor student progress, providing individualized support as needed.
* Communicate effectively with parents regarding student development and classroom activities.
* Collaborate with colleagues to foster a positive and cohesive learning community.
Qualifications: NO EXCEPTIONS
* Must possess a valid and current New York State Teaching Certificate.
* Certification MUST be specifically for Birth through First Grade (Early Childhood Education).
* Thorough understanding of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
* CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire).
