You would work directly with our Warehouse Manager and partner with all of our account teams located across all 3 offices. Fulfillment Coordinator Duties:
- Learn inbound and outbound freight
- Maintain standards during assembly of kitted projects
- Fulfill projects and ensure they meet deadlines
- Warehouse operations (organization, efficient space utilization, and cleanliness)
- Preparation of accurate fulfillment quotes including storage, production, and drop ship charges
- Communication of projects with sales teams
- Manage part-time staff to meet varying workload and demand
- Communicate with cross functional teams and transport/shipping/delivery companies
Requirements:
- Proficient computer skills
- Reliable transportation and strong work ethic
- Able to adapt to unforeseen circumstances and think critically through challenges
- Able to lift at least 30 pounds
- Clear Background Check
