Retail Store Product Specialist

Inline Vape Stores is hiring a part time Retail Product Specialists. This role is ideal for customer-focused individuals who enjoy retail, product education, and delivering an excellent in-store experience. Product Specialists support daily store operations while helping customers find the right products through knowledgeable, honest recommendations.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge, active listening, and personalized recommendations
- Upsell by suggesting products or upgrades that genuinely enhance the customer’s experience and needs.
- Process sales and handle cash transactions accurately using a POS system
- Open and/or close the store according to company procedures
- Stock merchandise, maintain displays and keep the sales floor organized and welcoming
- Participate in inventory counts, audits, and reporting
- Maintain a clean, safe, and professional store environment
- Communicate clearly and effectively with management and team members
Qualifications & Skills
- Retail, customer service or vape industry experience is a plus (please note if applicable)
- Strong listening and communication skills
- Detail-oriented, accurate and well-organized
- Reliable, punctual and consistent with attendance
- Ethical, honest and professional in all interactions
- Comfortable handling cash and transactions
- Willingness to learn and grow product and industry knowledge

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
