Job Description
JC's BBQ & Grill is now hiring servers to join our successful restaurant team! Ideal servers are vibrant, motivated individuals who thrive in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment. Servers greet our guests, provide food service assistance, and bring a genuine passion for guest service and hospitality.
Responsibilities:

Greet, serve, and ensure total customer service satisfaction

Take orders and deliver food and beverage items in a timely manner

Maintain restaurant cleanliness and bus tables

Follow all cash handling policies and procedures

Maintain knowledge of the menu and seasonal specials
Qualifications:
-
Must be at least 18 years of age
-
High School graduate or equivalent preferred
-
Friendly and welcoming personality with excellent customer service skills
-
Reliable and punctual
-
Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds comfortably · Evening and weekend availability

At least one year of previous restaurant or server experience preferred
-
Ability to stand, walk, and carry food trays for prolonged periods of time

Experience working with Point-of-Sale system

Monday - Saturday: 11am - 10pm
